Excellent sets at C3 by the Wade Baker Trio. Wade is a 20-something trumpet whiz, graduate of Cincinnati Conservatory and another of the (late) William Adam’s students to show great promise. Lots of great jazz literature on display - so good to see the flames alive and well. Evan Main (keys) and Philip Wailes (bass) dug deep and found the gold.
